Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and assembly tools are included.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
